Oppositions and Nullity

For attacking patents, we prepare and file letters of opposition at the EPO or German Patent and Trademark office or file a nullity suit at the German Federal Patents Court. For preparation, we can have searches for prior art conducted by professional searchers.

For trademarks, we file oppositions at the German Patent and Trademark Office or at the EU Trademark office (OHIM).
